Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Barchi Furniture is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of checkout.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your package arrives damaged during the 7–10 day journey, please take a photo immediately and contact us at support@barchifurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize sending you a fresh replacement.
